07.29.2004 | great adventure…
yep…went to great adventure today (aka six flags) i have 1 word for u…BORING! the lines were FOREVER partly because it was the 1st nice day in weeks, and partly because it’s the end of july and a lot of summer day camps are taking their final trips etc. so yah…i went on ONE ride…well, 2 if u count the ferris wheel…and the ride was the LOG FLUME! not even a coaster!
i just wanna clear 1 thing up from my blog yesterday based on the commenters lol…i didn’t actually SEE the tornado, it was in south jersey, i’m in north jersey…it knocked out a part of a mentally handicapped facility for adults and some other building. no one was killed or anything luckily.
the sims online…i can’t get away from it!! lol i’ve been up til WHO KNOWS what time every night just playing! lol if u play TSO, my name is Kayleigh S on there and i live in Blazing Falls. look me up! it costs like…$9.95/month or something to play which is REALLY cheap compared to other online games. it’s a lot of fun. believe me! lol

ok so here’s today’s questions:
1. What is your earliest memory?
i don’t really know..i have a lot of memories from when i was little, but i don’t really know what the earliest is…oddly enough, i THINK it might be getting my great grandmother’s slippers out from under the end table with my cousin when i was REALLY young..cuz she died when i was really young, so that hasta b it lol. i wonder sometimes if i confuse memories with recollections i get from lookin at a picture from when i was young.
2. And how old where you?
lol…i answered that above..i don’t have the slightest clue. i had to have been younger than 3-4
3. Who was your first friend that you remember?
this wasn’t my 1st friend, but the 1st friend that i remember playing with and stuff was this girl Laura from my preschool class. i wonder where she is now? lol
4. Who was your first elementary teacher?
Mrs. Hallas. I had her for Pre-K and Kindergarten =o)
5. What did you miss out on the most when you were younger?
CRAYONS!! lol i miss a lot about being younger, buying all those fun school supplies, getting to color in class and do fun projects, playing pretend with friends, dolls and that kinda stuff lol
yep yep so there’s my daily dirt!
i’ve been totally engrossed in the Democratic National Convention…another reason i’ve been up til the wee hours of the morning lol. i usually miss the speeches the 1st time around cuz i’m not by a TV or whatever, so i just watch it til like…5AM lol…i fell asleep before mrs. edwards’ (is her name elizabeth?) speech and i’m really mad cuz i wanted to see it! lol. i actually liked al sharpton’s speech. i don’t know why, i’m not a fan of his at all. i think it’s just his powerful (but sometimes obnoxious) delivery that does it for me that and the dry humor seemed to blend well together.
but yah..that’s about it for today lol. i THINK i answered all of my commenter questions…i hafta go play TSO (the sims online) now! so..as always..thanks for visiting, thanks for commenting, and have a

yepp..i knew i should have posted monday’s questions in the last blog, cuz now i’m THREE days behind! 
so my mom let me start up my sims online subscription again…let’s just say i’ve been a TEEEENY bit addicted… 
yah..i’ve been playing from sunup to sundown…and almost sun up again! lol last night i was on til 4 in the mornin! no clue why!
so yah…it’s been rainy and gross for like 2 weeks now! what is this!? it’s supposed to be summer. u just watch..the week school starts it’s gonna b GORGEOUS out. 
there’s been thunder and lighting ALL night! it’s creepin me out! a tornado even hit south jersey…we NEVER get tornadoes! i think mother nature is getting a little senile..she’s forgetting that summer means sun and weather in the 90s-100s and intense humidity…well the humidity is here sometimes…
i didn’t get to buy all the fun stuff for my room yet, mainly cuz i’m broke…but my room IS clean! woot! but i saw a commercial on TV and it seems like target has some cool room stuff i saw some of it when i went to the grand opening of the target around here on monday…so maybe i’ll take a little trip over there to see what’s up….lol. the stuff looked really cute! i kno i want a beanbag chair…maybe some shelves and some lights…then i think i’m pretty much set..lol
so tomorrow..i’m not plannin on doin n e thing, thursday i’m goin to six flags again. it gets more and more boring every time. the time i went with school in june was awesome, cuz it was my 1st time there, but there isn’t much to do once u see everything…so this time should be…fun? lol..not.. friday-sunday i’m gonna ambassador for bye bye birdie @ school…then next week…is nothin again! lol…maybe some college visits?

i’ve only read greek and roman and i’ve heard some native american..of all i like native american better..the stories are more fun and if someone good is telling them ur just captivated.
annnd wednesday! lol ok so i’m a little early, but TECHNICALLY it’s wednesday so here goes:
1. Do you fold or scrunch your toilet paper?

hair…

a BATH?? rarely…i don’t even remmeber my last bath…

depends on what kinda rush i’m in. anywhere between 5 min and an hour.
5. Soap or shower gel?
soap. shower gel if i’m traveling, but i just don’t feel clean! lol i mean, it hasta b leavin SOMETHING on u to leave u with a smell!

well…it’s a miracle..i cleaned my room! lol it’s not as organized as i’d like it to be, but if i clean it up ENOUGH then i can go to linens and things and buy all the cool stuff i saw today! (and if i find a way to get some $$!! lol) but yah, i wanna get a bean bag chair, some cool lights and shelves and things…it was all SO cheap (good thing for dorm season! hehe) 
anyway, so that’s pretty much what i did today…
i don’t get it..i went to the daily dish site..and there were 2 sets of questions i didn’t answer..i don’t remember missing a day…strange…
anyway…since i missed a day…here’s sunday’s:

hey hey hey. what’s up? lol i dunno what that was for, i couldn’t figure out another way to start out the blog! lol =o) nothin really new today, i played some sims, watched some TV, did a lot of sleeping lol. i was supposed to go out today but it rained like ALLLLLL freakin day!! 
but ya…that’s about it! lol i’m watchin home fries now… here’s my daily dish…

sure it’s OK…a little TOO common…but it’s fine. i couldn’t imagine myself with another name…but i would like to have a more original one.

you change it to?
nah, i think Jennifer spelled any other way looks kinda strange…
3. If you could change your whole name, what would you change it to?
lol..i guess i kinda answered this in the 1st question. i dunno, i like the name elizabeth, but i couldn’t imagine myself as an elizabeth….i guess if i had the opportunity to change my name, i wouldn’t, just because i wouldn’t know what to change it to! lol
4. What girls’ name do you like?
lol..i keep answering these things in the rong place! like i said, i like the name Elizabeth. I also like the name Kayleigh and well..a lot of other names, so i won’t start listing them all…
5. What boys’ name do you like?
i like classic names for boys, Michael, Matthew, Christopher, Paul, Patrick, etc..but i also like names like Jared and Ryan etc….

which is easiest for you to use on your layouts? tables or divs?
it depends on what ur trying to do really. in my old layouts i used div layers, because they were graphic layouts and i wanted everything to line up with the graphic. but in this layout i use tables, because it’s a PHP setup.
What is the meaning of life?
LOL!! i guess if i knew the answer to this i wouldn’t be here right now. i would be out pursuing it… but since i HAVE to give a real answer i guess the meaning of life is a pursuit of goals that will better yourself while bettering your surroundings and the world.
if a tree falls on a mime in the middle of the forest, does anyone care?
