Tokina, I believe has a 11-18 2.8 in the canon flavor. I have the 12-24 f4 and love it. While I do rock the nikon gear, I would not pass up the chance to shoot with the 5D. Since this is the wish list why no canon 50 f1.0? The full frame of the 5d and the 50 1.0 with no crop factor would make for some awesome low light photos.
